Well, crap. That sucks. The piece of paper I signed says they are not allowed to ask any questions regarding "racial issue, sexual orientation issues, religious issues or political issues" and that if anyone tries I am supposed to report them. So... hopefully they don't ask any of those questions.

Bouncing??? Did he actually use that word? That's slang for showing an autonomic response to the question/answer, but not conclusive unless it scores high enough to show a certainty of deception. Basically, he's probabaly not very good at his job. "brainstorming" results are typical and the whole point of lifestyle poly questions. That's what the bouncing is. It shows you are trying to think of anything in the past that meets the criteria of the question. If the results are indeterminate, it's grounds for a retest with another examiner or a secondary test with the initial examiner.

Every agencies policies on testing is different, but the examiner is just as important as the questions.
