I may be mistaken, but I believe E-470 has ownership roots back into China.

All I know is that it was a private road, and I am stuck paying $10 a year county TAX for it. bullshit....tear it down.
All I have in this world is my balls and my word and I don't break em for no one.

    My Feedback

There you go! I don't solely put the blame on the politicians who award the contracts- part of the blame goes with our "pay as you go" construction system or whatever is the cause for projects to be stretched out. I see it right now in 3 locations within a 1/2 mile of where I live. 1- The West Light Rail- they've been working there for over a year and are still doing shit in the same spot they've been doing for 14+ months! 2/3- The intersection at the end of the 6th Avenue Exit ramp at Simms/Union and just down the street at 4th and Union, they've been on that project for who knows how long and I still have no idea what they're doing. They "fixed" the turn off at 4th and Union, and now they've torn it up again. Huh?

I would think you want to get the job done as fast as possible, get your money and move on to the next job. Or maybe I'm spoiled because I grew up with some friends who own an excavation company in Evergreen that get shit done.

Oh here's one you'll love! Lakewood, water main repair for a 24 foot section under 6in of concrete and 5 feet of dirt... takes 4 months to complete and they had to go back a year later and fix it.

Evergreen. Water main replacement at 16ft, 30 foot section. Takes 3 days of actual work (road closure over the weekend- so 5 days of lane closure)... Expect to be replaced in 20-25 years.

the chinese would break the concrete with pick axe and they would dig with bare hands and carry out the old concrete on top of there heads and still be done in 3 days
