Default *RANT* Why are 20rd PMAGS MOOORE exspensive thatn 30rd PMAGS?????

I was looking at picking up some 20rd PMAGs for the truck/camping AR and for going to the range to plink.

Everywhere I have looked the 20rd PMAGS are on average $1.50 more than the 30rd PMAGs???????

    Seriously....................

This is similar to the tire industry. My 15" tires are on average 40% cheaper than 18" tires. I know part of it was tooling when the 18" tires first came out but it has been a decade now and the 18" tires are still more expensive, less rubber on an 18" tire but I pay more?

Same with the PMAGs, less material yet it is more or the same price.....................wankers.

Less demand for 20 round versions so their production costs (net cost of dollars after manf, shipping, storage, marketing, etc.) are higher. You should have learned this sometime around 8th grade..

    I give this rant a 2/10.
What is my joy if all hands, even the unclean, can reach into it? What is my wisdom, if even the fools can dictate to me? What is my freedom, if all creatures, even the botched and impotent, are my masters? What is my life, if I am but to bow, to agree and to obey?

I am not buying you a XMas present this year..............

In a debating manner I learned a lot in 8th grade later in life AND being a purchaser for techie parts for COMP USA tech department. You say demand warrants price? It also the other way around. Price also determines demand. You purposely price the 30rd mags lower than 20rd mags you are obviously going to sell more of the 30rd mags. What is the actually markup on PMAGs?

I just found it silly the 20rd mags are more than 30rd mags, I will go about my business now........

Bower's Tactical carries 20 round PMAGS for $13.95, not sure if they have any in stock at the moment, but I always like their prices.

That is good a for a local price. Order online and shipping they get that much.

In the overall picture I really dont need 20 rounders. I have a case of 30rd pmags I have been stocking up on. I figured it would be nice to have some smaller mags when shooting at an indoor range etc.

I have moved on from this rant, my new one is getting almost run over by some guy at the grocery store doing a rolling stop at the entrance and he has the nerve to start yelling at me.

    Ha, this reminded me of:

Girlscouts? Hmmm, I don't know... I think it's kinda dangerous to teach young girls self esteem and leadership skills.

Just on principle I'd give him at least a 4/10 but I agree, it could use a tad more effort. At least a bit of profanity to emphasize his feelings on the matter....
