    Pigs are so out of control in TX that they a classified as a pest and you don't need a license to hunt them. But I think you do need a license to hunt from a helicopter.

    Pigs are smart, nocturnal (mostly), and have no predators keeping them in check.

    Oh man that's awesome.... I have a buddy that goes down every year for a hunt but never by helicopter..

    No license required in CO either. Although they have only gained ground in the SE agricultural areas.
