I saw this on 9News the other night. I don't think the guy should get his dog back. You leave your dog up there, first that's messed up, then for 8 days? You don't even go back to see if he's still alive or to even recover the body? Come the hell on. "My bicycle got a flat tire, so I left it on the side of the road assuming it would get stolen, 8 days later I see some guy riding it and now I want it back..."
