Depends on how much you cut off (assuming your starting with a non NFA item). The original uzi was about 18 collapsed and 25 extended.

Can i expect a longer wait time now with the ATF due to all the budget cuts?

Reportedly, NFA branch is down to 4 days a week due to sequestration.

The plan for most federal offices for fuloughs is to spread them out so that an office isn't closed entirely. This could affect phone answering on days if 1/3 of an office is out though. My office has plans is our budget gets cut any further than projected, but a primary part of our job is to answer phone calls so we had to tell client agencies to expect a longer than normal time for our return call if we have further cuts.
