    Yeah, I think was one of the first things I learned in the riding class. Don't ever sit in someone's blind spot - ever. Pass or hang back. Same goes for when in a car/truck/Jeep too.

    Well handled though man.

    Ahh see I'm learning here. Where you made your mistake is letting him be the first to flip you off. If you had flipped him off first then pulled your gun you'd have a justifiable brandishing a wepon there as soon as his two feet hit the ground without a bike between them.

    There's some waving angles in there that change the law, but I can't keep up. I'm still new to the rules of road rage.

    Read the other post related to this. The other guy is also a COAR-15 member. Pulling a gun may not have ended well for either party. Appears it was likely a misunderstanding.
