    Question Opinions on UFOs?

It's that time of year again... or maybe just because we are reaching the end of 2012 and the pending apocalypse. UFO sightings are popping up left and right. Stories are hitting the news in greater numbers. Just a few I've seen are listed below.

Cattle mutilations in Colorado (repost yeah yeah)...
    UFO/Nibiru spotted in Antarctica...
Brittain visited by a UFO every month but MoD says they pose no threat...
Former CIA case officer admits evidence of Roswell...

What are your opinions on UFOs? Do you think they are extraterrestrial? or run by the US government? or maybe by some kind of shadow organization (e.g., X-Files Syndicate) controls them, to control us. Or do you think people just "see what they want to see".

Don't be afraid to put on your tinfoil for this thread guys. Everybody here is already certified by the current .gov as gun-nut crazies.

    Thoughts?

    Default Advanced Physics of UFO's

Drakes Theorem states there should be at least 6,000 other civilizations in our galaxy. We should be building starships like we build trucks, but cutting through the bureauracy and secrecy is the hardest part. Even the president refuses to confirm or deny the existence of extraterrestial beings and their spacecraft.

    Drake Equation:

DARPA(Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) funded this creation, the "100 Year Starship" Project :

Yeah not a tin foiler, but on the UFO thing something's gotta give. In the nearly infinite amount of space and star systems, there has to be some other life. Just saying.

Agreed. There is a good possibility that the president is an ET.

Unidentifed objects are real and some of them even fly but the obsession with little gray men as threat or salvation is ... comical. Statistically, there should be tons of other civilizations that have made it to some state of technology BUT they could have lived and died 5000 or more years ago or could still be climbing out of the swamps right now. Number of inhabitable planets in the universe or even galaxy aren't the only statistics to consider.

Not only that but at some point there are probably unbreakable laws of physics we haven't even discovered yet. There may very well be distances you simply cannot travel regardless of technology. Our movies have led us to believe that technology can solve any problem and I believe there are still limits.

Hence the issues with the birth certificate.
