Ok...1st off why would you get all butthurt about someone liking your band? WHO CARES...if you're really as politically minded as you say you are then you shouldn't give two shits about your fans because that's not who you're making music for.

2nd...how in the blue hell does Tom Morello NOT see how much of a hypocrite he and all his buddies have been over the last 20 years? All the RATM guys are MULTI millionaires. And how did they come about such a vast fortune? Could it be through...capitalism possibly?

On the positive side though...I do respect Ryan for being open and honest about this. I know it's a small and insignificant issue that has no direct correlation to the presidential race...but I do think if he wasn't an honest person then there would have been all the reason in the world to say he liked a different band. I've always thought if you were not honest with the little things you tell people then how can you be honest about the big things?

Morello should stick to music. Because he's pretty much a clueless dumbass when it comes to most everything else.

He's a perfect example of why I'm not a big fan of the vast majority of entertainers...whether they be actors or comics or musicians.

Love their music but don't always agree with their politics. They are trying to help the common man but it doesn't always come across that way.
I just make sure not to equate music to politics, i.e. I may like the music but not agree with the message. Kinda like when you like an actor for their acting but nothing else about them.

I guess I can't become a politician, because I listen to RATM, and also Immortal Technique- and he's about 100x worse with the political banter that RATM could ever dream to be. Sorry if I like the music, sometimes I don't agree with the message, but hey I still love Bruce Springsteen.
