Many automatic pistols come standard with magazines that hold between 12 and 17 rounds. So this legislation would mean you'd need to instal blocks in those mags or be guilty of a federal felony? Get caught with a 12 round magazine and lose your right to own a firearm forever? No doubt this will be a "zero tolerance" law with no plea bargaining and mandatory minimums as well.

Any politician who supports this amendment should be stripped of their citizenship, tarred, feathered, loaded into a giant catapult, and flung into Mexico.
