Lunch is a BUST! at Colorado Clays and let me tell you why. I called earlier this week and never got a call back from Rosie. Then I called them on Wednesday and the same thing (no Rosie). The one guy I did talk to said it wouldn't be a problem and took my number. He said it would cost about 5 to 6 bucks apiece. Yesterday I called again and the jerk Owner Doug answered the phone and put me in my place. He was rude and said some things that made me decide to take a different approach. The deal breaker was when he said $15.00 each with a weeks notice! I told him never mind we'll handel it our selfs. But never fear my Wife Joanne will save the day and bring Haogies, Chips, & Potato Salad. She's a great cook and sandwich maker. After all she put 10 yrs in with Jerrerson County Food Service. We'll bring extra if anyone should change their minds and want to join us. See you Saturday, Larry

Maybe a different place to shoot birds is in order...

I would rather shoot crappy targets and support a good person then spend a dime for a prick.

What a load of crap at Quail Run you simply head to the clubhouse about noon and eat. You do not have to make any reservations. Quail run also has 20 stations so you can shoot two rounds of clay and never hit the same station twice.

Maybe our next shoot we can hit Jerry's place.

Any way see you all in the morning we will have a good time.

Yeah.....that guy does act like a jerk. He's the only one that has ever charged extra for broken clays and malfunctions. Maybe business is going too well? And here we are ready to line up tomorow and hand over hundreds of dollars. Everyone else working there have always been easy to deal with.

It looks like the general feeling is that this guy is a jerk.
