You joke about this, but the article's title is "Shotgun shell explodes in Clark man's hands". The title places the blame on the shotgun shell for exploding in the man's hands. A more accurate title would read "Clark Man causes shotgun shell to explode in his hands"

I am trying to come up with a possible motive for taking a shotgun shell apart. Can't really come up with anything.
Possible motives:
-He's 21 years old.
-He was interested to see the inside of it
-He wanted to extract the shot or powder
-He thought it was inert
-He is stupid.

That would be a pretty huge ban.
Can we remove the "with power tools" part of that?
