It was probably flagged by some ass hat selling the same item. I had some douche bag threaten to sue me saying he had patent rights on a holster design i was selling, turns out mine were like half the price of his and i was selling them by the bucket load after i returned the gesture i never heard from him again, i continued selling them by the bucket until i got tired of all the ebay crap.
