Do you have a CCW? If not get one and you do not have to ask this question. I sometimes carry the same way because of work clothing. I have been asked if I am LEO before going into Wal-Mart, Walgreens and Taco Johns. IWB, black polo shirt, and brown slacks.
I have always been under the assumption that it has to be CLEARLY visible. Using a holster that was designed for CCW to OC without a permit might be hard to argue.

Just found this "case law" on another post by: BushMasterBoy
"Concealed" means placed out of sight so as not to be discernible or apparent by ordinary observation. People ex rel. O.R., 220 P.3d 949 (Colo. App. 2008).
I would think one (LEO) could argue that you were trying to conceal it, and one could argue (you) the opposite. However I am sure you don't want or need the attention. So in this case- buy some new pants.......
Second hand store, Goodwill or salvation army. I used to shop at these stores when an ex girlfriend of mine would come home (from second hand stores) with (like new) designer jeans for nada!
You can find some good stuff in there; Dickies, Guess, Lucky, and yes Wrangler too!![]()
Printing is totally different than open carrying. Your best bet is to NOT carry in the manner that you are suggesting. Starting with half the gun concealed puts you on the wrong side of a slippery slope.
