It is a permanent restraining order. The first time I tried to buy a firearm afterwards there was a delay. I did get approved and have not had any issues since. Since it does not involve a child or intimate partner it does not prevent me from owning or posessing a firearm just from getting my CCW.

I am thinking an attorney would be my best bet also. Anyone know of a good inexpensive lawyer?? Lol ok after I wrote that I had to laugh, how about reasonably priced??
