I highly reccomend Rod as well (NFATrustGuy). His prices are very fair and he can get the trust to you very quickly.
Don't have any NFA items yet, May in the future, still thinking of a trust for all firearms?

Just how desirable a Trust will be for non-NFA items will depend on how the pending legislation turns out. Most people want to use a Trust to eventually transfer their firearms to their wife and then to the kids or to other relatives. As it currently stands, there several exceptions in the pending legislation that might cover most of what most people want to do.
Believe me: I'm not saying that the exceptions make the pending legislation OK. I think it's an attempt to pacify enough of the population with exemptions such that there is no massive outcry. They're whittling away with a divide and conquer strategy. It's similar to how the government continues to expand the Robin Hood philosophy of wealth distribution/socialism. Take from the rich and give to the poor. Very few people cared when the "rich" were people making more than 2 million a year, but we bought into the concept.
Now "rich" has been redefined to be a much lower number and more people are complaining about the wealth redistribution scheme. But the deal's done, we're just haggling over price. We started embracing socialism when we started deciding for somebody else how much money was "too much." We started embracing gun control when we accepted background checks for firearm purchase and CCW. We already have gun control in violation of 2A, it's now just a matter of degree.
The above comments might lose me some business, but I'm fine with that.
