5" 1911 .45 ACP, OEM 16lb recoil springs, one fresh out of the package and one at ~4000 rounds, primarily standard pressure factory 230gr FMJ but more than a fair share of 230gr +P HST & T-Series. Weapon ran 100% with the used spring.
