1 expensive lower or 2 lowers that cost less?

So i am going to be starting a new build and I am torn. Here are my options..

1) a Noveske Gen1 and a spikes or cmmg - Right around $320
2) 1 seekin lower - $250

I really like the idea of having 1 really high quality lower for my build but I also like the idea of having 2 lowers so when I get the itch to build another one I already have the next lower. Also, unlikely, but if there is a ban I already have the lower to build.

I'll give you my 2¢ worth.
I feel you will get more from spending your money on a really good barrel, bcg and trigger. Everything else you can buy what ever. you like. I spent extra coins on a spikes lower. It is by far the sloppiest fitting lower I have. The high standard fits the same upper much tighter. The results in accuracy are the same.

Here is the thing....i will be buying whatever i want for a barrel, trigger, bcg. As well as the other stuff. The lower, no matter if it costs $79 or $249 will have NO affect on the building of the rifle. None what so ever. I am getting 2 stripped lowers no matter what. It will either a seekins and something like an aero precision, or 2 noveske, or 2 cmmg....i was just wanting to keep it below $300. Does tha make sense? No matter the lower...the build will be built how i want.
