I am thinking about selling my casa and kind of like the idea of not paying an agent $14,000 to do it for me. ...besides, more cash equals being able to buy more guns, right?!!

My area of Fort Collins is selling houses very crazy quickly and I know I'm not needing an agent to seek a buyer for me. They are already lined up to buy in my area.

The process of buying/selling a home seems to be kinda' overwhelming. ...but that's also because I have only used an agent to buy a home. Is the process really that overwhelming? Has anyone on here ever done it before to know how hard/consuming it might or might not be? Any feedback or advice is greatly appreciated!
