FSBO's are kind of a joke around here.

For most folks, they are way in over their heads. Contracts, title, marketing, inspection process, disclosures, negotiations... don't even know what they don't know.
That and most FSBO's don't pass on any of their savings in agent costs to the buyer. With no incentive for the buyer, they'll opt for agent homes every time.
