Anyone on here sold your house on your own instead of with real estate agent?

Sold a house in WI in 92' by myself using only an attorney, time-consuming but it wasn't a difficult experience. That said, I currently have a house on the market right now here in CO and I'm using an agent without question.

I believe there is a FSBO website and a program in place that allows you to list your home on MLS and helps with all the stuff that might be tough. Do a search and I am sure you will find what I am talking about.
