"Wiki Weapons Project" - 3D Printed Lowers
Long story short, they are trying to creat a file that would allow people to use a 3D printer to "print" a weapon at home. Seems like the legalities of such a venture would be overwhelming but nevertheless, they are attempting it.

Why the hell would I buy a multi-thousand dollar rapid prototyper to make plastic weapons when I can, for example, buy an "incomplete" metal lower for $20 and make a functioning reciever on my drill press legally?
