    I'm not one for frivolous law suits, but this kid's parents need to get an attorney and set the school district straight. I wonder what will happen when the ADA folks find out???

    It reminds me of the scene in Roots when they keep asking Kunta Kinte what his name is and every time he replies "Kunta Kinte" they whip him and tell him his name is "Toby".
