While I see it as a selfless act and I know parents would do anything for their children including die for them...I guess I have a hard time wrapping my head around this one.

When I read the title I thought a mom had sex with her son and ended up pregnant, so at least this was a much better scenario than that.

After I read the article I guess I didn't have a huge problem with it. not my life, nobody was injured or molested, everyone is healthy and happy and the gift of life and parenthood was given. I just hope the mom never makes a comment about carrying the baby or holding it over her daughters head.

Had a friend that went through something like this back in MO. Young woman wanting to be a mother never could because of ovarian cancer in high school. Mom felt bad and agreed to be the surrogate so gave birth to her grandson. Was weird but awesome at the same time.
