Sounds like Arapahoe County's favorite son of "boy buggery" may be enjoying some ol' habits (alcohol) and violating probation as a result.

"During the course of supervision and investigation, the probation department has become aware of behaviors of the defendant that are concerning," the probation office wrote in the filing.

It's unfortunate... My dad was on Alpine Rescue back in the 70's and had a lot of dealings with Sullivan when he was the "rock star Sheriff" of Arapaho County. Back then he really was a great LEO, and did a lot of good. This slip into darkness sure is sad, and goes to show how a person can go from being such a great guy to complete and utter garbage because of poor choices like meth. Of course the worst part is he got a break and instead of saying thanks and walking the straight and narrow, he decided to jack that all up! I have no sympathy.
