Saw this last night. I thought it was excellent. Dinesh Desouza seemed to me to be a reasonable person and drew reasonable conclusions backed up by facts. I hadn't considered his theory of what makes Beeho (BHO) tick before, but the explanation he puts forward does seem to explain much of Beeho's actions and behavior. I need to think about other things Beeho has said/done and test DeSouza's theory against that.
I do think that plain old liberalism does explain a lot of his actions, but not all. Although there is clearly consistent evidence of anti-Americanism in his words/deeds, it is more understandable (but not forgivable) in the context presented.
So far, I think this movie nails Beeho and gets to the core of his belief system. If I were Beeho, I would probably fear this movie more than all of the negative books combined. There are many people who can't be bothered to read a book, but will watch a movie in a heartbeat.
The theatre I saw it at (one of the large ones at AMC Promenade in Westminster) was absolutely packed, and the audience was not shy at booing and clapping for various items in the movie. I recommend it.
