The term "High Capacity Magazine/Clip"

I don't have any mags (or clips) that hold LESS than 10 rounds.

I do. I have a bunch of 1911 mags that are 7 rounders, and the mags for my P225 hold 8.

Personally, I prefer "Evil Black Rifle" to "Assault Weapon"... Although it doesn't work so well on my FDE AR.
