Is that with or without transfer fees/tax etc? Guessing not if its complete M-4 assembled....
Also how long will the sale last, im dead broke for the next month and a half

the only additional fee is tax, but that is it. It is on sale until the end of this month.

Hrmm thats interesting, since i'm going to be moving to arizona soon how would that work? Would I have to pay the tax again when I do finally move or is it a one time deal once you have the weapon?

You only pay the tax once. You file a change of address to the ATF once you have you new address.

Cool looking gun. What kind of grip is that? are those scales on it? and deos it come in black. Who did the finnish on the upper and barrel?

It is an Ergo grip that I duracoats some stripes on it. I finished the barrel and upper in brownells gun kote.
