No, we will never be all Mexicans in their eyes. If we were we would get free medical care, inflated tax returns, multiple identities, half price college etc.
We will never be that privileged.

Uh, I'm pretty sure the sheriff doesn't pull people over for being brown. I lived in Maricopa County for almost 20 years and never once had a problem with the sheriffs office making up their own laws and never saw anyone get stopped because they were brown. You know how many "brown" people live in AZ? If they stopped every brown person they saw they wouldn't ever get anywhere.

Agreed, but I won't hold my breath. Too many political entities around the nation controlling the actions of LE org's that won't allow this sort of thing. Remember, as per the example of our Federal .gov, only laws that are politically expedient to uphold will be enforced.

Gee whiz, prisoners that actually have to work, are not coddled, that have to repay their debt to society in meaningful ways other than sleeping, pumping iron and watching tv.

Just another epic failure from a failed administration

If our court systems allowed criminals to be treated like criminals, and convictions occurred when/as they should - followed by PUNISHMENT, not just incarceration (like Sheriff Joe does), I believe fewer people would find the consequences of crime worth the risk.
