    Default Outdoor Range

A few weekends ago my cousin and I went to an outdoor range to do some well deserved shooting. The place was very busy. It was a beautiful day and everyone there for the most part was cool and having a good time. At one point I overheard someone saying that it sounded like a war zone out there. Shotguns, AR's, AK's, black powder rifles and shotguns, pistols. A lot of different firearms and calibers were present and making themselves known. So much freakin fun! Just sayin!
My determination to not strike the first blow, but also to not stand mute and allow myself, and all that I believe in and stand for, to be trampled by men who would deprive me of my God-given, or natural right to suit my own end.

It was a range near Pine Co. There used to be two of them real close to each other but one has recently been converted to a camp ground.

Careful, last time I went there kids were shooting downrange and behind us at the tree at the same time. It's so unsafe, I bailed out after 5min. Local folks tried to clean that range up few times a year, but there is always a yahoo or two bringing up their old fridge/washer machine and abandoned them there.

I have only been there a couple of times now. I have to say that people were respectful of others and safe when I was there. It was clean for the most part. I imagine it just depends on the day you go. Just like other ranges there can be unsafe practices and messy conditions.
