    Default sausage update

Talked with my guy, owner of Clyde's in North Denver. 303-433-8744
Ask for Mike or Dana, let them know Jim referred you. Clyde's is a Wholesale NOT Resale (OTC) place They have no storefront. They also have 5 lb minimum.
IMHO, IF you're from east of ol' misissip, this is some of the best Italian sausage you can grill, bake, toss in sauce, stuff.
I usually buy the sweet or hot in coil form and cut to size.

If you want to overpay for sub-par sausage go to Tony's or Marcyzk's

Other suggestions is Carbones on 38th, or Lonardos in lakewood, on Florida and Wadsworth.
