In the grocery stores, the Boulder sausage Co. Brand is pretty good.
There used to be a place on Colfax near Chambers that had killer sausage, I cannot recall the name and haven't been there in years. I think it closed down.

Two places I know of in Aurora: Benders Brat Haus on Buckley at Alameda. Helga's on Exposition, behind wallyworld. Helga's is primarily a German restaurant, but they've got a small delicatessen with meats and cheeses.
