That would be Tymkovich meats. They have a pretty good selection of different sausages there. Tim makes most of them in house.

For German sausage, go to Continental Deli in Cherry Creek or Black Forest Deli in Arvada. Continental Sausage (who owns both of those delis) makes most of the authentic German sausages for Colorado restaurants. Their weisswurst (veal/pork brats) are excellent. You can also find them at Costco.

For Italian sausage, Polidori Sausage. You can get most of their stuff at King Soopers, otherwise you can visit them in North Denver.

Boulder sausage has the best OTC sausage on the market. Their chorizo is top shelf. With that being said i deal with...........................Clydes in N denver. been there for decades and takes care of me. Anyone interested, touch bases with me so i could give them a heads up as they are not a walk in store, purely a processing gig.
Italian Sweet, Hot, bulk, link coil, meatballs,,,,,,,,,,,,, hey what can i say this is it.
He does a chorizo that's a little greasy and is slamming.
They also do a hot cured sausage stick that, well ask jreifsch, brycom, zteknik . They were chowing down on what i had left yesterday.

If you have time and looking for italian, i suggest taking a drive along 38th ave west of 25. there are a lot of old time stores where you can decide who makes the better this or that. That part of town is a deeply entrenched italian / hispanic community that's been there for ever.
Meatman has the inside info where to go for other vendors.

I grew up in GB Wisconsin and lived in Sheboygan, the "brat capitol of the world," for a short while in '88, Milwaukee for a few years until '92 when we came here.

4th on Benders for brats. Worth the drive form anywhere in the metro. 'nuff said.
    My Feedback

I thought this was just a restaurant (eat in etc.). I didn't think you could buy the fresh/smoked sausage to take home from them like a butchershop. Can you ?

I'm from that area as well (Relatives in Sheboygan Falls) . Usinger's was one of my favorites, as well as local butchershops in N/W IN like Maruscheck's and Pietek's.

Also want to find good hard crust polish rye bread (w/ caraway seeds). Best I've found is off I-25 and Hamden in the Jewish Deli area.

Seems like you are on the wrong forum.

You probably want the San Francisco or Key West forums.
