I'm from that area as well (Relatives in Sheboygan Falls) . Usinger's was one of my favorites, as well as local butchershops in N/W IN like Maruscheck's and Pietek's.

Also want to find good hard crust polish rye bread (w/ caraway seeds). Best I've found is off I-25 and Hamden in the Jewish Deli area.
I haven't personally been to the new location since they moved from 6th & Chambers, but have had their brats very recently. The cook for the day, a Centura Health Chef no less , picked them up at Benders so I know they sell through their meat market.
