I see the guy with that attachment on the pistol, so I assume this is one of those dumb LEO only things, just like that force multiplier that puts a Glock on the front of your rifle. Does this make your pistol an unregistered SBR, or only if the stock extends to your shoulder?

Technically it isn't a "stock" per ATF. usmachinegun has been making them for MAC pistols for at least 5 years. All it is is a buffer tube with a rubberized coating.
Everything I have been able to find indicates that it's completely legal.
