Looking for a Machinist

My friend Troy has started this business/non-profit:

And currently he is looking for someone to fabricate a Tie Fighter for the business. This is supposed to be launched into space. Not full size, but a micro-satellite.

Anyone here know of a shop, or guy who could fabricate something along these lines?

Here is his e-mail. I have no idea of budget constraints or anything of that line. And didn't go into dimensions with him on this. He wanted to know if I could fabricate him one. I said I could put it together, but fabricate is a whole different ball of wax.

It would be a nice unintended consequence though and I am serious, I hope he does. Good ideas should be rewarded. I can't donate but I will check in on his site once in a while to see where it takes us.

I am no propulsion engineer, but I fear that the miniaturization of the Twin Ion Engines is going to prove to be a difficult task simply as the power sources are so limited.
