    The shop I work at charges about 75 bucks an hour for shop time. Once you got it dimensioned, programed, materials bought and cut and actually ran one off (your looking at multiple ops on a shape that wont be easy to fixture) you would easily be looking at way over a grand (probably more) to have one made that way.
