    Default Took day off,went shooting

I took the day off yesterday (tue) and went up to the north spot. Took my children, oh , and my two sons also. Great shooting spot!! Easy to get to. And for those of you who will be going up soon I left the three Bowling Pins I took. Go blast em before someone takes em.
I did have a problem with my M4. Wondering if anyone has had same problem,,, Had a cartrage stick in the chamber HARD. extractor tried to remove, in fact it broke off a part of the shel lip. We had not fired many rounds and gun was not to hot, it was also not after letting the shell bake in the chamber it was while shooting ,about a third way through a mag. Was Wolf ammo JHP any ideas or mabey hopefully just a bad shell.
Had to tap it out with a cleaning rod when i got home.

I had the exact same thing happen to me.

The old wolf had a reputation for this, "supposedly" the new wolf is better.

I always bring a brass rod that I got at a hobby store for exactly this purpose.
I've had to use it twice in the last year.

I think I should get a spare extractor to bring along too.

Sometimes you just HAVE to shoot something.

The Wolf lacquer coating can sometimes melt and seize up the casing in the chamber

I wish technology solved people issues. It seems to just reveal them.

You're supposed to pack out your own TRASH. Targets, target stands, bowling pins and even your brass should go home with you.
