Bin Laden Shot Using Lasers
This article states Osama Bin Laden was shot with laser sighting systems. I wonder what kind of laser? Red laser or green, or maybe IR laser? Maybe somebody on here will enlighten me...

Using an IR laser is pretty standard if you're using NVGs, at least it was when I was in the service.

I pre-ordered the book from Amazon and I'm anxious to read it. But I guess I don't see what difference it makes if they used a laser sighting system. Pretty sure it was a bullet, not a laser, that ruined his day.
