I blame everything on Tummy Aches
I cut 20 pounds in two weeks by only eating clean calories(1200-1500) per day, I also exercised a minimum of 1 hour up to 3 hours per day. This is not a long term solution but you have to get to your target weight and maintain it somehow. If you have a smart phone or tablet I recommend the ap myfitnesspal as an accountabilibuddy...
