How about Five Points? That whole area is a garbage dump and the gangbangers usually start shooting their guns in the air around midnight, so a couple more shots won't make much of a difference. Find an alley between two concrete buildings and duct tape it to a dumpster. Keep your attorney's card in your wallet and make sure your wife has at least a grand for the bondsman.

Remove the foam and replace it with popcorn. The popcorn will either biodegrade or get eaten by the local critters. Throw in a couple pounds of bacon and your time at the range will smell heavenly.

Whoa, pull in the big horses there fellas, this stagecoach needs to come to a halt.

If I correctly read what the OP was asking, I think he wants to know how to empty the leopard @ home, fill it with something less messy and easy to clean up, THEN go to the range to blow it up. No mess at either a public or private range.

OP - Did I get that right?

If I got it right above, the use of a vacuum looks to be the best way to empty the leopard. It'll keep from having those pellets hiding all over your house for years to come.

What to refill it with later to get it filled out, I dunno... Bags/partial bags of ice?

ETA: just read SAnd's comment above... Yup, I'd go with real (not styro) popcorn.

Isn't this where you are supposed to mention that you have purchased carbon credits and you want to use them for this experiment? There for there is not any real damage to the environment.
Ok now that that is solved let us discuss the fact that you have recruited a suicide bomber and are about to set this reign of terror into motion... What did you promise the leopard? A bunch of vigins?

    Default Fire Extinguisher

No matter where you do this experiment, make sure you have a fire extinguisher handy! Little incendiaries all over the place are sure to make you unpopular. Better yet maybe you can have a whole fire department there! You never know until you ask...

    Ashton,
I hope you are all butt hurt over the responces you got, your thread title is fitting.
Ginsue, Ashton was only concerned with not having to "pick up millions of styro foam beads" and didn't ask about alternate stuffing materials. Just wanting suggestions for a place to accomplish the act of littering.
Now the re-stuffing with real popcorn idea sounds OK, but may be flammable if the tannerite produces flames, so a good clearing would be needed, preferably bare rock. And if an area like that could be found, an invite to the site members, or at least a video posted would be nice.........

If you're going to refill it - how about red ballistic gelatin? You'll also have to provide pictures of the shoot.

So since you already put the tannerite inside the thing, did you mix it first?
