Just wondering if anyone knows the purpose of this vehicle... I saw it at alameda and 225 around 2pm.
Given the graphics on the rear quarter, I'd say it's for recruitment/PR.

Vehicles like that are usually paid for through seizure money, forfeiture, or donated. Hard to explain to city council why you spent that kind of money for a vehicle with limited use.Taxes dollars at work
