Did you look at the results from his post? Go to the links for www.gun-parts.com? That's Numrich, biggest stash of gun parts here is.

This was all found from my previous link I wasn't just being facetious.

if you scroll to the bottom it says they are all out of RG-17 parts. This is bad for you or anyone else looking for them because I would consider them a last hope, as rondog mentioned they have a huge stash of hard to find parts. You can go through their derringer assortment here:
    http://www.gun-parts.com/derringer/
and see if there is anything that looks like it may work for you although that is a longshot and on I wouldn't personally trust if I was going to actually carry/use this weapon. This may mean you are SOL as far as finding the original part. You can continue the search for a parts gun for sale, or just buy another one, this one is $135 and has never been fired:
    http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/Vie...Item=303861002
so I imagine if you could find a used one you could pick that up for under $100. If there is sentimental value in the gun you have you may want to take it to a smith and see if it's something that can be fabricated, I guess it depends on how much money you are willing to throw at it. Good Luck!

Uh . . . the RG17 does not have a safety. The lever on the side locks the barrels to the frame.

I put it through an ultrasonic cleaner, that's where the safety goes.

Numrich Arms/GunParts Corp. is definitly one of the best to find some of the hardest parts to find.
I found that if it was listed as out of stock and when I went up there(I usta live like 45 mins away ) and ask Bill nicely,he would check and find one for me

But since you cant just drive up there, try Liberty Tree Collectors,Northridge, and theres a guy on gunbroker called widebuffalo-he has all kinds of oddball pistol parts.

    Good luck with the hunt!!!

If you have the dimensions or shop drawing, Bert with BP Tactical might be able to make one for you......... Worth a try anyways. Check in the Industry Partners section for his contact information....
