the listing itself is somewhat confusing, maybe because i am not into mp5's. doesnt sound like he is trying to mislead anyone.
is your beef with him the title? if so, big deal numerous auctions and for sale items list names of things that they arent. it gets people to look.
i really dont see a problem with it.
when i had a 300-221 for sale, i had whisper in the title. someone like you told me to take the listing down because it was not built by jd jones.

Before the tool changed the heading and wording, he was intentiionally misrepresenting the cloned item
as a legitmate HK MP5. This in and of itself is not the way to conduct business and it also represents the
firearm community in a negative light. Do we really need to defend someone who is out to scam people of
thier $$$ and then come back to bite us as a community in the ass.

So go ahead and defend the guy all you want, he misrepresented his product 100% until he was "called" out on it.

I have an AR-15 that has all the colt parts, but its labeled as a Stag that Colt made a rollmark error.
Wanna buy it for $900 way cheaper than the real Colts or we could go $2k since its a Colt mistake that is SUPER RARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
