my wife has been called 3 x
1) murder trial .she was on that jury
animal cruelty they told her to take lunch and come back. when she did they dismissed her as a jury had been seated ,and "since you are here"
moved her over to anothr jury seating. as she's filling out their questionaire
she says "no fu%^&*kin way" turns out that was for a rape trial. she was dismissed for that one. guess they did not like her opinion of what we should do to rapist

Heard a good reason on the radio on the way home, since the 4th falls on Wed. nobody is seating a jury this week It would be almost worthless.
