every year i watch the reruns on msnbc.....really makes me sad and brings back those old feelings...i was living in montclair nj during the attacks and watched the towers fall with my own eyes what a fucking awful tragedymy first wife was scheduled for an interview in that restaurant on the top floor and missed her bus she was on the ground minutes after the first plane hit had she made her interview she would have for sure been in the towers when the planes hit i remember the sheer panic i felt trying to call her for HOURS and all the cell phones were jammed up and noone could get through unfortunately she passed away 5 years later and although it was never proven im pretty sure it was complications due to all that dust
even ten years later it still feels like it was yesterday
so anyway no real point to this thread just sitting on the couch sad as could be
