Seriously folks- every time I open this sub-forum I keep seeing posts about CCW wait times... Can we stop already? Just count on the 90 days, if it's less, great! I'm really tired of seeing a new post every week with someone asking "How long is the wait time in XXXXX county?" How about this, 90 days, Sometimes less, but if you expect 90 and it gets done in 20 all the better...

I'd rather people inquire about wait times than bitch about their "hard knock" life, and stupid liberal friends posting on Facebook, and coworkers listening to the radio, and what direction in life, and... Get the point? Stick to Facebook homeslice.

Ronin, for what it's worth, I agree with this rant. So what if the wait timrs are longer than you want? What are you going to do, wait till they go down?

Ditto. I have been mulling over how to respond and truthfully Ronin posted what's left of my mind thinks every time i see the same #$%^& question asked.
If you feel the wait time is to long apply for an emergency / hardship rush. If there is a basis for needing it yesterday, they will issue one. If not wait until you get the call to come in for your picture. It is an average of 45-90 days. With 90 being the maximum time period. Cannot deal with that time frame BITCH to the one accepting your app.

No I don't get the point... what should I hop on facebook and say "damn I hate how the AR-15.co concealed carry discussion never discusses anything other than wait times any more!" I thought it was a legitimate thing to be slightly annoyed by... I come here looking for discussion on issues relating to CCW, instead it seems that there is a thread about every county and someone inquiring about that counties wait time. I've even seen dupes, and it's like "SEARCH" is your friend.

Thanks Jim and Irving... where's the disclaimer that says you could wait up to the full 90 days? You'll get it when you get it.
