Guns for the White Man only
Gun laws from the beginning of the United States of America have always favored the wealthy white man. The first laws written barred Native Americans and Blacks (freed or enslaved) from possessing firearms and continued through the Jim Crow era.
World War II saw gun confiscations precede forced interment of Japanese-American citizens just because of the fear of war empowered the white man to do so. The fact that no German-Americans or Italian-Americans had their firearms taken just supports that gun laws have been written for the white majority.

The California Gun Control Act of 1968 has been said to be a knee-jerk reaction to the Black Panther’s use of loaded rifles in peaceful protest to bring attention to white bigotry in the Oakland police department and abuses by its white police officers against black citizens. Even today, the majority of Concealed Carry Weapons (CCW) permits issued in California are given to white males.
This racial trend in gun control has also jumped the color barrier to only favor the rich who can financially afford their 2nd Amendment right to bear arms and secure self-defense CCW permits through political campaign donations while the single mother in the inner city can’t legally acquire an affordable gun to protect her family.

Sorry guy don't think I'm up to support more of that drivel but kudos on speaking against the ineffective nature of gun control.

Nope. Can't get behind it. I appreciate supporting future 2A rights, but there is no way I would support something essentially calling me a privileged white racist.

I am actually surprised that the owners of this site allowed this post to stand, seeing as you obviously have no interest here other than to solicit your goods.

Speaking as a Yurok Native American (no CA) I will attest to the fact that ONLY in Tribal lands may a Native posses a firearm.
I Swear, Sometimes people will act like its the 1800s...

What I believe the article/OP is trying to say is something that I actually see and agree with, There is a racial Bias inherent in the system.
Are you individually responsible?.. of course not.

When you created a "Right for Cost" system as exists in many states, you create an allotment of rights for the wealthy.
In Colorado, we are lucky. Any Free man, Non-Felon may put a firearm on his side and exercise his right to bear arms. No Cost
    CA is a flat NO-NO
GA is a $75 Fee for that right, Please pay at the counter...
    as is many southern states.

it's widely known that heavy gun regulation is a precursor to oppression of the citizenry. Not a racial Bias or a 'entitlement' cry... its a historical fact. Indigenous people all over the world are stripped of their ability to defend their lands right before they are killed or moved.
same thing happened to the Jews.

and it could happen to any of us, regardless of race, creed, color or religion....

    or because of it.

    Default Watched the Video

Ok I watched the video. California would be the easiest state to invade from the west, retarded residents can't even have decent weapons to protect themselves. Seems this film maker is interested because maybe we have had infamous incidents such as Columbine & Century theater. You think the NRA would back this film with their big budget? I don't want to support a film if it is going to portray law abiding US citizens as gun fanatics in a negative light. How the states and the courts abridge our right to keep and bear arms never ceases to amaze me. I thought you could not pass laws that restrict our rights spelled out in the US Constitution. I guess I swore to uphold the Constitution verbatim, not some leftwing liberalist perversion of of it.

    Interesting article here:

Bushmasterboy - the purpose of the film is to show exactly that - our civil right to bear arms is impeded and/or denied in a great portion of this country. California is just the poster child.

We have SAF and CalGuns Foundation behind us and over 140 individual that would like to see this film made.
