Shell Rat's are the group of kids who are always wasting their life away at the Shell Fuel station at Academy and Kelly Johnson/Briargate. (38.945052,-104.800118)

All they do is sit up there, all night. Until they get asked to leave then they migrate over to the Best Buy Parking lot.

We used to refer to them as "Shell's Angels". We would always drive by them heading to Chick Fil A and yell that at them. It was ricer country up there hardcore.
