"Katy" was the CS person. She was in the US. I think she was just stupid...not a foreigner.

I drive 10+ hours at a time. between those channels and my thumb drive full of music I'm able to make it mostly sane. Without Sirius/XM it's hunting for obscure am channels in the middle of nowhere, only to have them fade as you get into a show. I wish it had Rush.
Wait a month and get 6 for $25. They'll annoy the shit out of you with calls and junk mail though.
My experience with them has not been all that bad from a CS standpoint. My wife's ride has the factory sat radio and we were able to get it for $84 a year. I was able to get away form the auto renew deal by requesting them to send me a statement which I paid by check.
We recently had an issue where my wife lost most of the channels and I had to work it out with customer service. They gave me a $15 credit, so I was happy with that but they definitely try to sell you shit. I thought about adding Sirius to my car but they will not give me a break on the monthly fee. Several times I have been told me the promo I have for my wife's car is a 1 per household kind of deal and they will not give me the same promo. The way I see it they are losing $84 a year due to that policy.
I never saw a purple cow; I never hope to see one;
But I can tell you anyhow; I'd rather see than be one!
